Our Programs

Group Singing Programs
Mini Musicals (Ages 5–9) -- Perfect for young performers, this class explores Disney favourites while introducing key singing, music, and performance skills. Students also have fun creating their own props and costumes to use on stage.
Stage Stars (Ages 10–14) -- Designed for musical theatre fans, this class covers Broadway-style singing, stage terminology, and teamwork. Students rehearse like a mini theatre company, contributing to set and costume design as they bring each song to life.
Popstars (Ages 5+) -- From Taylor Swift to The Beatles, students sing popular hits while learning essential vocal techniques, performance skills, and how to command the stage - just like their favourite pop stars.

Mini Musicians Class
Mini Musicians is a 45-minute/week class for children ages 4-5 with small class sizes (4-6 children/class) to help students build a musical foundation over their 1-2 years in the program, preparing them to excel in formal piano lessons! The course includes singing, chanting, playing rhythmic instruments, bells, glockenspiels, boom whackers, movement, listening, colouring, music theory games, piano playing, and more!

Piano Program
Our Piano Program is very popular in the city because our challenges use real, fun themes (Pokémon, Mario, Minecraft) and our teachers work hard to help students have as much choice as possible in their music. The program is led by the owner, Corey Francis. Lessons are adapted to each student's goals and interests and include ear training, technique development, an introduction to improvising and writing music, formal theory lessons, preparation for exams, recitals, festivals, and more.

Music Theatre Program
Our Music Theatre program is led by Gemma Williams. Students take private voice lessons and perform a variety of musical selections together! 'Everyone deserves a chance to fly' is a quote from Gemma's favourite musical: Wicked, and her students truly learn to fly by finding their own voice and singing with others. Students learn to sing with healthy singing techniques, while also nurturing their love of music.

Rock Band Program
Our Rock Band Program is led by Nic Lawrenz. Students taking lessons in guitar, bass, drums, and ukulele join together (often along with piano/voice students) in group classes to jam and make music together -- like a real band! It does take a few years of lessons to get to that stage. Nic loves to teach and inspire players of all ages to reach their potential, and he does so while studying music that is fun, applicable, and educational.

Strings Program
Our Strings Program is led by Annette Hay. Students taking lessons in violin, viola, and cello enjoy private lessons, and often perform a group number at the recital (we look forward to hiring a viola/cello teacher when there is interest). If you're interested in beginning violin lessons, Annette suggests that you wait to rent or purchase an instrument until you chat with her so she can get you the correct size and best deal.
