Our Equal-Payment Plan

Equal Payments Are Spread Out Over 10 Months, From September to June

Payment is all-inclusive and made on the first of each month. You receive an average of 3 lessons per month (30 private lessons in 10 months), 4 recitals, 3 group classes, 2 family events, and 1 masterclass (10 group activities in 10 months). 

If you're planning to join lessons in May/June at the tail-end of our season, we often adjust the price to reflect how many music-learning experiences are left prior to June 15. We're also happy to split your monthly rate into 2 payments if that's better for your budgeting.

Also included in your monthly payments are our unique studio challenge supplies/decor, epic prizes to win, delicious snacks, the activities offered at group lessons, great family event venues, and all fees associated with our four recitals and our annual masterclass.

Your only additional cost is music books (usually around $12/book), and to bring along your own food to our family events. Exams/Festivals have fees of their own (applicable only to 4th Year Music Students), but your teacher will help you get registered for those opportunities when your child is ready to compete.

Current Rates

Music Classes (Ages: 4-13, 4-6/group)

  • $130.00/month for 45-min classes

Private Lessons (Ages: 6+)

  • $130.00/month for 30-min lessons
  • $185.00/month for 45-min lessons
  • $240.00/month for 60-min lessons

Loyalty Pricing

After your first year, we provide:

  • $5.00/month off Group Classes
  • $5.00/month off 30-min lessons
  • $7.50/month off 45-min lessons
  • $10.00/month off 60-min lessons

Family Pricing, for 3rd child and beyond:

  • $20.00/month off (any lesson length)

Accepted Methods of Payment

Rotessa - Automatic Debit

The vast majority of our families prefer to pay by debit from their chequing account each month through Rotessa. It is completely free, and takes 2 minutes to set up. We can continue using it year after year as long as your chequing account doesn't change.

There are 2 ways families can register for Rotessa:

  1. Submitting their online banking via "Instant Verification" / through "Micro Deposits" by scanning the QR code.
  2. Filling out/signing the contract's PAD agreement, with a void cheque included.

Post-Dated Cheques

We also offer a lump-sum post-dated cheques option, where the year's fees are split into 2 equal payments (Sept-Jan, and Feb-June - dated Sep. 1 and Feb. 1 each year). These post-dated cheques are prorated if you join mid-way through the year, and must be dropped off in the mailbox at 549 Castle Avenue to reserve your lesson slot (with a copy of the contract itself).
